The first wave of an Insights Association member survey indicates close to one-third of qualitative-focused agencies shifted at least eighty-percent of in-person work online by mid-March.
This is just one of several findings derived from a survey conducted by IA to better understand how the COVID-19 crisis is impacting the insights industry. Surveyed on operational and project shifts and future outlook, were members from corporations, full-service agencies, and data collection agencies who work in qualitative, quantitative, software, and/or analytics. Most members completed the survey on March 18-19, 2020. The Report on the first wave of this survey may be accessed here.
The Insights Association will continue to keep a pulse on the industry and share findings with members. Stay tuned as IA fields a second wave of research with both members and non-members.
