She has a deep understanding of consumers and how to use insights to drive business objectives.
Through her career she has partnered with multinational corporations such as Nestle, Unilever, Pernod Ricard and HBO Latin America. She is a results-oriented leader with expertise in concept and communication testing, market segmentation, product development, in the Hispanic and General market.
Claudia holds a Master’s in Marketing , as well as an MBA in Business Intelligence from Nova Southeastern University. In her current role as a Market Insights Manager at Florida Blue she incorporates her analytical skills into actionable strategy implementation for Local Market Segments, Customer Experience and Innovation.
