Tanya has been the Head of Global Consumer Insights at The Cronos Group for the past year, previously Head of Consumer Insights & Strategy at Kraft Heinz Canada for almost 17 years. Tanya is a strong Consumer Insights & Strategy leader with over 20 years of experience. She is a strategy and brand builder that inspires marketing excellence and innovation. Tanya’s strives to always leverage insights to drive business action, known for consistently delivering results through innovative strategies and outside the box thinking. In her recent global role for Cronos, a leading Global Cannabis Company, Tanya has been able to take foundational tools and apply this to a brand new industry where little is known about the consumer, no normative data, and have to do new ways of thinking to apply to this pioneering market. Tanya has a BSc and Post-Graduate in Marketing Research.
